Customers can directly place their orders with us through our website, WhatsApp, or by contacting our official support team for a smooth and convenient shopping experience. By placing an order with us, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete.

  1. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, sizes, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, fabric appearance, or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography.

  1. Order Placement

Customers can directly place their orders through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Orders can be confirmed by selecting the desired product, size, and providing complete delivery details. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered ready for processing.

  1. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, or product availability at any time. Orders will be processed after order confirmation and payment verification where applicable.

  1. Order Confirmation and Acceptance

Order confirmation through our website, WhatsApp, or our official contact number does not guarantee final acceptance until verified by our team. Rabisho Kids reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, or incomplete customer details.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Delays caused by third-party courier companies or unexpected circumstances are beyond our control.

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy only for size-related issues. If the selected size does not fit properly, customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns or exchanges for reasons other than size issues, such as color preference or change of mind, may not be accepted.

  1. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct name, address, phone number, and size details while placing the order. Rabisho Kids will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content including images, logos, product photos, descriptions, and branding belongs to Rabisho Kids and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
